How do you define success?

Last week I was stopped by a guy who told me he is following me and he appreciated my content and my work. “You are a very successful person”, he said. And thas is happening quite often in the last months. It feels good!

The fact is that I don’t consider myself successful. I have defined my goals. I have a plan to follow. I know I have achieved some good results, but I’m “not there”, yet.

So I concluded that success is a very subjective concept.

I think that success is about satisfying your personal “why” profitably.

You may notice that it is more or less the definition of marketing: the profitable satisfaction of needs. You change one word: needs -> why.

My suggestion is: find your why, define your goals, work hard to execute your plan. What’s your definition of success?
